Driving on empty
We get up this morning, and after checking out we're on our way back to
the coast, but first we take a detor to buy a couple of ostrich eggs
to send home. Once we're back on the road it is an excellent drive
down to George. We're following a train track once again and we see a

Cape St. Francis: Musseling and Surfing included!
... I must tell you the breaking news that happened here. The other week in St. Francis, four men were having a braai (a barbeque). The winds had gotten so strong that a spark had carried. Besides watching what can only be described as a swarm of sea snails devouring a gigantic jelly fish on the beach, it was a lovely 3 hours of sand, sea, sun......and sea snails. We braai’d both nights which is ...
Day 144 146 - SA, Jeffrey's Bay - Shopping Heaven
... The water was cold but not freezing so in between shopping we took off down to the beach for a swim, body bash, sunbathe and to watch the boats battle it out against the breakers. Quite a spectacle. As much as he'll hate to admit it, Oliver turned into a shopping machine. He was loving it, although thought shopping with me a pain cause I never objected to anything. Buy buy buy! Usually after a stressful day laying on the beach or shopping we retired to a bar ...
