We had our turn in the water and it was freezing! With so many of us in the cage and a very buoyant wetsuit it was tough to stay down and get low enough in the water to get a really good view of the sharks. But we did get some great sights of them passing very close to the cage. They are just as awe-inspiring as you see on TV. Once our turn was over there were snacks on the boat and the chance to wait to have another go in the cage. ...

Cape Town is a very distinguishable city, with Table Mountain rising dramatically on the horizon from nearly any vantage point around the peninsula. Views from the top were spectacular but even the Queen Mary 2 was too small for us to see until we got lower down.
