... that time of day that it had been in Nosara, but it was hardly cold as I stood on their driveway in bare feet and pyjamas. The gang of car cleaners had arrived some time earlier to leave both cars gleaming. David's Volvo in particular had been covered in dust following our weekend driving on dirt tracks. They must have wondered who this strange man was wandering around outside in his pyjamas - or maybe not, as they are so laid back.
