    ... with the most delish sardines . Heat front in Europe this week. Sometimes unbearable.. Lots of dips in bay and cold showers..     The campsite we stayed in in Rugat was interesting for a number of different reasons. Firstly it had its own lake with a good selection of water fowl, a heathly population of red squirrels, and a workforce almost entirely British. Not sure how they all ended up in Rugat but it was a bit bizarre. ...

    ... the beach.

    On the property side we are very much at the investigation stage looking at different locations, but we have seen some interesting opportunities, however we must not get rushed into buying something we haven't fully researched and it fits with our longer term plans.

    We are still getting some climbing when we can find a crag that faces away from the sun. There are a few options but it is a bit too hot to do anything ...

    We depart Camping Roquetas, promptly.

    Uneventful 200 or so miles to our next destination, Arena Blanca, Benidorm.

    This turns our to be a poor choice, it is right in the middle of Benidorm, or, as I prefer to call it, Blackpool, with sun. Not to my taste.
