On one occasion two men were sleeping on the sand close to the water, however they hadn't accounted for any waves that might be made by passing boats.... The ceilings were stunning and I enjoyed seeing the carpet with its pattern which carefully delineating a space for each Muslim to kneel down.

Although I admired the windows, tiles and general adornment, the strong smell of feet and the unpleasant feeling under mine of slightly damp carpet meant I was glad to escape and wondered how they managed to concentrate to pray in such a strongly scented place.
