... ft and a much cooler 95 degrees. Once we came down from the summit to Vegas it was a more familiar 103 degrees. I arrived Vegas around 3:45 and settled on staying downtown at the golden nugget. After getting my feces coagulated, I ended up on the pub hunt. The show was spectacular! Some of MJ's greatest hits plus the fantastic, and sometimes surprising, choreography of a Cirque show. Aww man!! My trip is coming to an end close! I better bring souvenirs back for my mom!

... mall was the next on our list as we had decided that this was our best opportunity to shop. We didn't lose any money gambling in Vegas but it sure bled us dry in the shopping stakes! We ended up spending all afternoon there and had heard that Fremont St was worth a look so stopped there on the way back to see the Old Vegas and the huge canopy that is a TV screen. On the hour they do a special show which is retro like everything else there and the lights are ...
