    ... to shame) (4 Seasons). Unfortunately, we will not be staying here for long, which is why I can't get to see even more sights here. On the bright side, I tried the You Dong Er, a scrumptious crispy turnip snack(Go To Hz). You would think that turnips back then would have tasted terrible, but it smelled like KFC! Anyway, I have to get back to the ship. We have upgraded the small ship and are sailing on a junk all the way to India!

    ... the lake. Their famous dish is “beggars chicken”, so named because a beggar had made it and the Emperor smelled it and wanted to taste it and loved it so much that he hired him to cook for him. It is cooked by wrapping it in lotus leaves, then in clay and baking it. It was delicious.

    ... we are on an airplane except for seeing the landscape whizzing by. We arrive in Hangzhou in our small groups. We all need to find the correct bus to take us to our hotel. Patrick is our guide today and he takes us to a Y-7 bus. Though not the one that is on the field study guide, he asks the driver who tells him it goes to the same spot, only faster.
