Once again I'm up early. I slept very well last night as I have every night since coming here. I have a fantastic roommate who also wakes early. I have enjoyed getting to know her. She will be back next year to work on her kiln glass.

... party with a showing of everyone's art - starts at 5pm. I'm wearing a neckace and earrings that I made. I'm excited about them due to the fact that I was able to make two beads that matched to form a pair of earrings and a third bead to make the pendant.

I'm told that Friday night is the best part of the week. Everyone from the various classes get to show off their work and the cafeteria/rec room becomes an art gallery. After dinner there is to be an auction of instructor pieces and pieces donated by the students. It sounds like a wonderful way to end a fantastic week.
