    ... House Down" that we watched on the plane.

    It's a magnificent building, loved it and so took heaps of photos.

    Walked a few blocks to Chinatown. Wasn't nearly as full on as New York's Chinatown. Went to the Big New Wong for a real Chinese meal. I had sweet and sour chicken which would go down as the best I've ever had in my life. The sauce was to die for.

    From our hotel we walked about 10 min to the metro station. We decided to do the all day tickets but the price has gone up substantially from the printing of our guide book.     ... It was quickly ratified and in 1913 it became a part of the U.S. Constitution as the Sixteenth Amendment. Taft shortly left office afterwards. The 16th Amendment still effects people today. There is a lot of controversy over paying too much in taxes these days.
    My advice is for presidents is to not raise taxes to much and put the correct amount per income they get.
