      Lots of planes and helicopters last night. Bob wants to have a surface to air missile to shoot them down.

      We called our friends Fran and Roy Vardy who live nearby in Gilbert and invited them over for dinner tonight. Other than that we just enjoyed the beautiful Arizona weather and did some sight-seeing at the local Walmart.

      ... how things would work out for us if we were more relaxed about it. So we stayed an extra night, loaded up on supplies and decided to go with our original plan of heading to Sedona next. We still weren't sure where to stay or what to do so we thought we would just drive to Red Rock State Park and work out the details there. We were still disappointed in ourselves for being so indecisive, but also hopeful that we would get better at this as we went along, so off we went.

      After waiting 30 minutes on the plane to allow our gate to open up and another 20 minutes for our bag to arrive on the carrousel we made our way to the rental car shuttle. OMG! When we walked out to go to the shuttle stop we saw easily 200 people waiting in line to catch the rental car shuttle bus. 200 at least!
