... After lunch we headed up to the Citadel shopping outlets, which have huge stores from all the major brands. Following that we went to LA for one of the highlights of our trip - an LA Lakers preseason basketball game at the Staples Centre! We had booked tickets from Australia and were all very excited, getting there around 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start. It was amazing to walk in and see the Lakers home court, ...

... We fly out of LA at 9.15pm and reach Sydney at 6 am Friday morning. Thursday is non existent. We arrive home to Perth at lunchtime Friday and expect to be sleeping in our little bed with our puppy between us early that night. What a holiday ..... We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I think the RV trip was the best part ... We both loved it. The Alaskan cruise was a highlight and we will definitely be doing that again. The time spent ...

We took the Monorail to Disneyland’s Tomorrowland. The kids ...

... spy the Hollywood sign on the way and did a bit of people watching. I came to the conclusion that it was all a much less refined version of Times Square, New York. I then made a move towards Dodger Stadium via a short jaunt uphill to catch another sight of 'the sign' and headed east along Sunset Boulevard for the evening's entertainment. I had purchased a seat in the top deck immediately behind home plate and it offered a great view from on high. A close ...

Day 2 began early again. After getting ready we went to disneyland and were there when it opened. We had 9:10 reservations at the plaza inn for the Minnie and friends character breakfast, which was really fun. We met a bunch of characters, from pooh and tigger to Minnie herself. Eating was secondary to the excitement of the characters.

After eating, we went into tomorrow land. We looked around and did a bit of shopping. We did not go on any rides in ...
