    ... we headed back to the hotel for a dip in the pool and then walked over to Huntington Pier to Ruby's, a 50s style diner serving burgers, hotdogs, milkshakes etc. Clarrie nearly fell asleep in her untouched grilled cheese, but we managed to get both girls back to the hotel before anyone turned into a pumpkin.     ... 2m high by my estimates, which was made of a brassy coloured metal, with ornate decoration. It looked the part. And I bet it clangs – more likely clongs – a treat. You must be able to hear it for miles. The hammer appeared to be chained in place to prevent unwarranted banging on the bell. It was the perfect place to relax and stand for a few moments on the edge of the platform, feeling the sea breeze on my face.

    ... worn out rental car a.k.a. our accomatation, we needed to book a place to sleep. We found a cheep motel that had a free shuttle to the airport, washed some clothers, drank a few beers and then made complete pigs of ourselves at the 'all you can eat' buffet (this should have been called a 'grab what you can' whilst it lasts buffet as everyone else had the same idea!)

    I think there are some brand new decorations from last year that can be used for the tables.
    Lets re-think the number of tables and equipment needed to reflect the current number of attendees.
