I'm going to start with Boise, Idaho even though I'm living in Ontario, Oregon. It's the closest that the www.travelpod.com FB application has to my home.

Anyway, I felt I needed to keep a travel log of where I will be going, what I will be doing so that friends and family will be able to keep up ...
Boise, Idaho, United States anne.osborne... 3 nights) with a tiny little balcony, drink and food stains were around the walls, no iron and ironing board like there use to be, enough coffee, sugar, and creamer for only one person each night. Most of all unable to sleep due to the rude people over and around us that walked heavily on the floors until 1:00 a.m. (even during the week nights) left ...
Meridian, Idaho, United States smilnlady... I think she was pretty shocked. It was great to see her! She has been living in Boise since late May and I am proud to say we were her visitors from California/Germany. After the introductions, we headed to Carino’s, an Italian restaurant (similar to Olive Garden, but better) to have dinner. They had a couple’s special, where you got to choose soup or salad, two entrees, and two bite size desserts for $19.99. Pretty ...
Boise, Idaho, United States flyingfonteins... have cliff drops have no guard rails and some are really scary!! Even the interstates have no middle or side barriers.

When we left the bridge campground we traveled east to find the bridge that was wider. We missed the first one since there was no sign pointing and saying it was a bridge so we went to where the map indicated was another. We saw it but could not figure how we were going to get to it since we were high on the ...
Caldwell, Idaho, United States psandefur... be seen, or any sign of human habitation. I began to feel the ghosts of wagon trains and feel how endless their journey must have seemed. Rolling hills gave way to bluffs where you could imagine Indians observing the pioneers, slowly plodding away down below. Further on, I saw a sign announcing an historical site for the Lewis and Clark trail. No ...

Boise, Idaho, United States scher-airOur friends the Blickenstaffs took us to the airport (thanks guys) made it out of Boise alive, don’t know yet what we forgot. Flight on United to Chicago was average. HOWEVER. Flight on Lufrtansa Air to Frankfurt was like going back to old-style commercial flight with current technology. First glimpse of all that orderliness and practicality. Actual dinner ...
Boise, Idaho, United States mcfarlanesWe packed a tone of things into only two days in the great high desert town of Boise. The first day we cruised around town before going for a run and plyometric workout at the downtown park. Later that Tuesday, we decided to try our luck at some Bingo. The Big Gulp didn't even help us as we didn't win one game of Bingo but it was a good time trying. I mean, how many times do you get to play Bingo in Boise?

The second day we ...
Boise, Idaho, United States gringowithdrawlMeridian Wir setzen unseren Weg in suedlicher Richtung fort.
Meridian, Idaho, United States martin_reto... Tropic, UT Hwy 50 to Hwy 89. There was lots of cross wind on the Interstate. It was so bad we had to get off and ride the back roads. We rode thru Red Canyon Park then Bryce Canyon. Bryce Canyon was beautiful; we got some nice pics. Hotels near the park were all full. We finally found a dump for $80.
