    ... China. Then I realized I shouldn't be discouraged because maybe I was just weaker. I was right...the "much heavier" bag was actually 3 pounds under weight. That was a sign.

    I went to the gym Monday to assess the damage. Warming up on the treadmill resulted in a neck cramp...not off to a good start. Also gravity seemed to have gotten stronger here in the States while I've been gone...or the metal in the dumbbells ...

    ... so I took the liberty to take a selfie in the mirror. However keep in mind that this photo is not an accurate representation of my physical appearance due to the fact that:

    a) I didn't do an ab set right before so...doesn't really count
    b) The photo is unfiltered. Since every mirror picture is filtered nowadays, my unaltered photo just isn't realistic on any social media.

    ... an hour after eating dinner wasn't such a good idea. At this very moment, I'm fighting back the urge to puke.     ... rusting steel buildings etc. I'll try and get some shots on the return trip if I can. However, it is really instant to be aware of the cost of production - I think if people actually saw where the steel came from it might give them more respect and reduce wastage...
