... make the most of my trip by talking to fellow travelers. And I'm also not much of an outdoorsy girl, so with camping and hiking plans in the mix, this really will push me out of my comfort zone. So, there's some grand planning ahead of me, money to save up, and a car to tune up and in July, off I'll go! If there are any suggestions, pieces of advice, or not-to-be-missed recommendations, lemme have ...

The weather was great today. After we were west of Erie, PA, the roads were dry and bare and we actually saw some sunshine and blue skies.

... We went straight to the hotel – econolodge, got our rooms, unpacked, used internet, got ready for the
next day, then back on the coach and we went off to dinner. Dinner was at the old country buffet. It was ok, nothing special. We then got back on the coach and did a tour of downtown, we saw the capital building and back to the hotel. I went to a room party, had a few drinks, played uno, used the internet and went to bed.

... the heart of the city as some describe it, but more the spinal cord. People don’t congregate at a particular place; it just attracts people to the myriad of small shops, bars and eateries along its length. There is some good food available, we sampled a beer, chocolate and coffee cupcake as well as a nice little picnic on the median strip under the trees near the State Capitol building with a local cheese board and some craft beers/ciders.
