... AZ over the Colorado River. We saw some rafters beginning their trip down the river through the Grand Canyon. After crossing the Colorado River, we went up into the mountains. Very beautiful views, but curvy drive. Got to the Campground at North rim around 3:00 Arizona time. Camp site 34 is great......wooded view.... Found ourselves in Fayetteville, Arkansas and decided to travel to Devil's Den State Park for a morning hike with Sam. Driving back to the state park we stopped for gas and hot chocolate - even Tricia purchased something in a convenience store - shocking!! Cathy had pre-prepared her yummy egg casserole, so when we arrived at the cabin she popped it in the oven and we soon had a delicious dinner.

This morning I got up and did another run pushed it to 5.5km's but trying not to over do it to quickly as don't want to re-injure myself.
