Today started out much the same as the other so far. Very chilly, clear skies and riding into the sun. Left the hotel around 8am and the Kansas smell was still there. This past week was all about BBQ, as I took a trip to Northwest Arkansas for Walmart's "Dibs On My Ribs" Cookoff Finale event as well as the Sam's Club/Kansas City BBQ Society BBQ National Championship event. It was a busy weekend covered in good times and BBQ sauce.
