    From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

    Hi! How is everyone? We are all still wired from the sugar that we have consumed and continue to consume. :) We have had some wonderful celebrations for Miss Addy P's birthday. It was so much fun. We had a celebration with just Addy, Mama, and Baba on her actual birthday. Then we went to Mama's work and celebrated again. Then, we had the family party!     ... Coast.

    The flight to Detroit went smoothly and well, I slept a few more hours. Then after a final layover, I boarded the flight to Dallas where my lovely wife was waiting for me with open arms (literally).

    ... Thick Mama Kitchen"! We moved slowly through the traffic on the outskirts of Accra to the fairly-new ring road which took us on the loop north to the Airport West Hotel, where we unloaded, put our luggage in storage and had dinner.

    Mrs. Walker had red-red, while the three men had “chicken pillows” (chicken rolled with garlic and cheese, breaded and lightly fried. It was quite good.
