We are winding up our trip to Dallas and have spent the time with Simon and his family. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday has meant beautiful weather with daytime temperatures reaching 21 degrees and very sunny. We have visited a number of parks and done a few good walks. Sunday we went to Lewisville. We miss the coffee shops attached to the parks we have back in Australia. On Monday Steve and Christine went to Grapevine Mills DFO to try and retrieve the taxes ...

We enjoyed a picnic lunch, playing in the fallen leaves and the playground ...

Bruce and Judy arrived at our hotel at 8am, and we began the 1.5 hour drive out to Tyler. It was a nice time to get to know Judy who is such a warm and lovely Southern woman.
