... a few clouds in 25 days of sunny skies and lofty temps. Hopefully as we wend our separate ways North this weekend, the last of the snow will have vanished up north and we can break out the gardening tools and the Miata for the joys of spring in Niagara.

Oddly enough you don't see much transit activity anywhere down here...seems to be very much a car culture with everyone driving and very little carpooling it seems..
There are many restaurants around the few blocks and we chose to eat dinner at Thai Thani....Pad Thai ,spring rolls and an peppered steak stir fry filled the void! ...
This morning we were up and on the road early to get into Clearwater as early as possible. We went to visit the Clearwater Aquarium to Winter and Hope, the dolphins from the Dolphin Tale movies. When we arrived at the aquarium we found it quite a challenge to find a parking spot. After circling the area a few times, we lucked out and snagged a spot being vacated by a family who were leaving. After paying our admission $21.95 less CAA discount of $2 each, ...
... and went to a Costco just a few blocks away. Lynn picked out two rather garish shirts for me for our celebration down in the Keys. We stocked up on meat and cheese too. The place was a madhouse. Saturday, it seems all of the oldsters get out of the house to check out their driving skills, or so Lynn seems to think. I had to laugh, since they have all week long to shop and wait until the weekend... their days off, I imagine.
