Tevas, Nuts and Truffles
... about being a health conscious 'super mum' and writing various books about such topics. I've never seen so many nuts and frozen blueberries in one house in my life. My friend rocked off with $20 worth of 'special RAW nuts', to help this woman out with her mounds. Call me un educated, but aren't all nuts raw?- was my reply in the car as we drove away? Apparently these were Raw Raw nuts, at which point I simply nodded.

The Last Big Ride of the Tour
... was grid locked. This was excellent for us on bikes because we could just sidle along on the shoulder or beside the stationary traffic to our excellent hotel.
A brandy, purely for medicinal purposes, was taken.
The evening meeting to brief the next day's ride (known as the 'Route Rap') was three times as long as normal because we all had to stand up and say a few words about what we had got out of the Tour.
