In a word, the flight back sucked! Leaving Melbourne at 11:00am meant no chance of sleeping between there and LAX. We both dozed a bit, but that was about all. Once we landed, that was a whole nother level of suckiness! More long customs lines that lead to about a mile or more hike around the airport terminals. ... with some amazing cities. Romania did not surprise me at all. It was everything I thought it would be and more.
I wanted to share some pics of Peles Castle, as I was unable to upload photos from my camera when I visited. It was a truly amazing place. I have never seen anything like it. I also wanted to share some of my souvenirs.
In the meantime, it's back to work, to life, to Bailey the dog.

One final marathon planning session later, and me thinks we finally have everything we were hoping to be pre-booked all set in stone!
