... a very pleasant place to visit, with its rolling hills, forests, and miles upon miles of farmland. You do see lots of cows, that’s true, but heck, where else would all that lovely cheese come from?

We had some memorable experiences in Wisconsin, which I’ll briefly recount below: We spent our nights in Madison, a very enjoyable place to be. There was a nice ambiance to the city, and while it is the capital, it ...

The bike performed magnificently - I was low on brake fluid, I was in need of an oil change, and I suspect a coolant flush will be in order, but other than putting gas in I added 1/2 quart of oil to the bike. ... and Hofbrau Delikator (double bock). I had a glass of Riesling. Larry had a German Bratwurst on a Pretzel Roll with sauerkraut. Derek and I shared the Wurst Platter which had three kinds of sausage, red cabbage, sauerkraut, German potato salad and we added a side of spatzle. All three of us shared a home made apple streudel. It was the perfect ending to a very good meal. We walked back to the hotel, blogged, watched TV, checked email and went to bed.

Anyway, my musical thirst was saturated so I decided to call it a night.

It is an epic festival to say the least, well worth a visit if you're ever in Milwaukee...which I'm sure you will ...
