We made it to San Antonio...was about 160 miles from Corpus Christi. Arrived at 1:30 with cloudy skies and 72 warm day. Driving here there is nothing to look at on the roads....nothing for miles and miles. Lots of wild flowers everywhere on the side of the roads...very beautiful. Hi everyone, we had a really nice last day in New York on Thursday. Lafayette, Louisiana was as we expected and served merely as a stop off before the big treks across Texas to come.
