We must be crazy leaving Florida this morning, (this great state of Florida) Slowly making our way back to Kentucky. As we leave Pensacola Florida we are driving to Cherokee Campground in Helena, Alabama. Should be there late this afternoon. Not liking the coldness I feel in the air as we approach I-65. This is a nice hotel but it's close to the bottom of my list of favorite overnights. It's not in a very good area and there isn't anything around the hotel. And they say "don't go wandering around" so I don't. I bring my own food with me in a lunch cooler so I don't need to go anywhere.
