... had booked to stay at Monkey Mia, I don't think we knew there was accommodation here otherwise would have definitely stayed here.

On the way back to Denham we visited a lagoon with a stream winding its way to the ocean. I went snorkelling here and it was quite unnerving to be honest. Everyone is so welcoming in the Pro Shops and anyone can walk down & watch play on #18 at the Links, we were very surprised. ... the beautiful beaches and cliffs of Pacifica after chowing down on some awesome seafood at Nick 's restaurant. It's been an epic 2 week adventure through the best parts of California and we will be sad to see the Mum and Dad return to blighty, but now a new adventure begins. Tomorrow after seeing the parents off at SFO we will head into the valley for food and drink supplies before making our way to Tahoe and then onto Reno where our 3 week journey through Burning Man ...

... in the "valet parking" area. It was not monitored by anyone. They probably thought no one would be nervy enough to park there. They haven't met Bob!

We asked about green fees and were told the regular rate was $495 a round. Also, you need to get a caddy which is another $150. We declined when asked if we wanted to book a tee time.
