... However, as I was groping around in the dark, I was startled by a big burly fellow, fast asleep (or at least feigning sleep) in the space in front of the altar. Obviously, it seemed to him like a great place to crash. Clever of him to write that note and tape it to the door -- but it would have been smarter clever if he'd locked the door as well. (Needless to say, I beat it out of there as fast as my feet could carry me.)

Day 6, we ride together to Yorkton, Saskatchewan, a ride of only 283 km. This is, for us, a rest day, as we will need to ride longer days on Thursday and Friday to reach Calgary, Alberta to meet our friend Alan ...

... Not sure about fishing there tho. Other activities that occurred: - Myles (Curtis' son) took us 4WD in his blue jeep - Kenzie and I saw How To Train Your Dragon 2 - planned most of my trip (as summer here is super busy) - looked around downtown Brandon as last time I was there it was winter and I didn't go outside I'm currently in Winnipeg and jus here for the night before flying Toronto. But I'll tell you all about that next time ...

... easily take the metro which is really inexpensive, only €1.70 for one ticket! March 20/2014 Our first full day in Paris! Time for us to tackle the Eiffel Tower! We took the metro from our hostel and got as close as we could to the tower we still had to walk a bit to get there. North on the 29 from Grand Forks - major truck route. Boring two hours to Winnipeg.
Hwy 59 might have been more interesting as it goes through Steinbach, Manitoba.
Major flooding near Oslo - like driving on a causeway.
No Tim Hortons in Michigan, Wisconsin or Minnesota that we saw. There was a Tim's in Pennsylvania on our trip ...
