      ... We were taught how to make stuffed mozzarella balls wrapped in bacon, gnocchi from scratch with a tomato sauce and a rolled meat dish in tomato sauce. The best part was that we got to try everything that we made! It was amazing!! We spent the afternoon relaxing at the apartment and having a few drinks mainly because we were so full from everything we had eaten. We had dinner at a nice seafood restaurant that Son and Dad Davidson had found and had dinner at the first night we arrived. ...

      ... next day we were off to our day trip out to Pompeii and Vesuvius! It was the most amazing day. We started off on a packed dodgy train for 30 minutes till arriving at the station closest to Mt Vesuvius and then chilling on a bus as we winded up way up the mountain to the 1000m mark.
