Upon seeing other people and a set of stairs, I felt hopeful that this was my destination! It was, but there was still a lot of "hiking" involved, but at last, I had the view. The beach, the water, the horizon. Amazing. At that moment, I knew I would need to explore more and more and more. I decided that the beach as you just walk up was not sufficient enough. ... a perfect base for exploring. I was able to lose weight and relax, and squeeze in a bit of beach down time. I made some great friends on the retreat and we had a wonderful night out in Ibiza Town at the end of the week, but we all still came home feeling fitter and more refreshed. All in all a perfect week which proves that everything is good for you in moderation.
... but mostly how to get the stupid thing to light. Then I saw the "flicker bicker," as we called them, put two and two together to figure out how to make things happen in this house. Kind of how the transition is going. Listen AND observe. What is said is not always followed. Ive been in enough situations to know that each man for themselves.
