She was making her third trip to the island and had made a similar plan to me, a day in the city, in case the rain came again. In fact it's been iddilic. 7degrees cold at the station, sunny and fresh. I strolled down town hoping to find a hostel or TI on the way. ... time! After some deliberation we decided from day one to choose a drinks package from one of the three on offer. On Norwegian we had bought a wine package but any bar drinks and coffees we bought separately. They did offer Happy hours which do not exist on MSC. The package we chose is €23 a day each and includes wine by the glass from a selection of 2 whites, 2 reds a rose and two sparklings. In addition most of the cocktails and spirits are included as well ...

... very rocky with no sand. We braved cooling off in the sea, which was great, but getting in and out of the water was anything but graceful - even for the girls! We escaped without slipping and breaking anything and headed to Port de Soller. I wanted to see the sunset here another time before heading home - we missed the sun actually going behind the hills, but the colour of the sky was still beautiful and we chilled with a jug of sangria for an hour ...
