This morning, we both slept in and had a great breakfast at one of the restaurants on property. We then went back into the room, changed into our bathing suits, and ended up hitting the rest of the resort areas all in one day! ... The tour boats were crazy. They definitely strove to provide an element of thrill for their passengers. They did a high-speed donut in the river in front of us. It made for some nice waves to make the kids feel like they were at the ocean for a spell.

From here we headed out in hopes of finding a trail where we could hike to the gorge and view the canyon before the thunderstorms let loose. Unfortunately, we were not able to beat the storms so we returned to the hotel.
