... to the nearest town, Deiva Marina, but there was just cafe and cafe. As we were searching for the shop Jess said "Look at that!". "What?" I asked. "THAT!" she said, but I couldn't see anything. Then something moved, and on the other side of a small retaining wall was an ostrich, just kind of walking back and forth, pretty much unphased by us taking pictures of it. We stopped at Deiva Marina which I would think in the height of summer would be crowded , but it was very quiet. We had a stroll along the prom and across the rocks down on the beach then jumped back in the car and headed for Bonassola.
