    ... a long walk up to the Convento di Cappuccino and the cemetery on top of the hill. We walked down the other side and came out in the new town of Fegina. walked back to our BnB and collected our washing took it back to Fegina to the laundry and left 2 loads to pick up at 630pm. We then walked down to see the sculpture of a giant on the seafront next to the little harbour. We walked up the hill to get a better view to take a photo and saw the castle like building.     It was a tough walk in the heat of the day, so after lunch we decided to take the train back to our village. Of course, this ended with going back up the 382 steps to the station.

    ... in his favourite colour of GREEN!! We got off at Sestri Levante and went to Mam Luna for tapas and a 'light' dinner - I had foccaio with prawns and salad and Pg had a hot dog - totally YUM. We stopped by ice- cream angels for gelato - coconut and berry and can see why it is number 1 on Trip Advisor. Sestre will be a hard act to follow - it has been a wonderful couple of days ...
