    ... is getting more and more creative. Jalapeno in drinks? Bring it! There is a little shop near her restaurant that sells dozens of infused olive oils and vinegars. We sampled a chipotle oil with a tangerine balsamic vinegar. Nice! They also sold Jacobsen Salts products. I had to restrain myself from buying the entire shop just to bring gifts back for everyone.     ... set our cameras clicked like insane crickets. Yes we did enjoy NOT looking thru a camera too. We had a unique view of Mt Baker this time of the sun set it just touched the peak of the mtn...amazing. We slept early, with the intent to rise for midnight star photos, but our sleeep was too deep from the long hike UP and the herbal supplements.
