    ... we came out to the Bay Area and knew instantly the children would love it. The lost boys film was filmed on the Boardwalk, the carousel was in many of the scenes. It's a lovely clean beach with a boardwalk of games and rides. A great way to spend my American Mothers Day. In the sunshine, on the beach with my family. We even had chocolate dipped ice cream. Yum.     ... game. Princess has changed the way that they pay out on jackpots. They take a percentage from the pot and then return the rest in winnings. The jackpots were larger than the last time we cruised. On the last day the large jackpot went for $3680, it was a good winning prize that was split between an elderly man and a young pregnant girl. None of the three girls won on the final day but they greatly enjoyed playing.

    Great to be back with Deb and Kate in Palo Alto, it is over 3 years since we have been here and Kate is now 9 3/4 years, and their new addition to the family is an 11 month Maltese/Poodle dog named Sugar.
