This tower dates back to the 16th century and was built as an artillery emplacement to fortify the wall and city. Its walls are 7 metres thick and it hosted an upper and a lower layer of gun positions. Tonight we celebrated being done with the gang, well those of us who are left. We went to Les Artistes and we made it there for happy hour, which is actually 3 hours long. Usually we don't get there until really late or something. Either way, I got more mojitos to drink. It's my new choice of drink. I feel so cultured. Zak and I joke about it because that's not a normal college student drink. I'm just so fancy.
