Enroute to Dieppe, passed a line of men stalking the fields. Took a few minutes to register that they were a shooting party. Didn't think it appropriate to stop and take pictures of people with guns. Subsequently came across several other groups who were also shooters, though these were also wearing distinctive orange vests. Sunday obviously not a day for a walk in the woods.

1 oct -Rouen Busy looking around at shops. Lunch at the Vietnam cuisine the unique way of weighing your selection of dish .. Dinner at La mien, a nice shanghai la mien, entree were nice especially the seaweed and the mushroom ( Jamur kuping ) stir fry seafood noodle Not mentioning the handsome waiter that Cik Mey like so much ...

Morning breakfast at the hotel, quite a good spread of breakfast, my favorite croissants always my choice.. Roaming around ancient city of  Rouen, beautiful Gothic Cathedral, one of the highlights of Rouen. taking some pictures with iphone and Samsung mobile seemed not so satisfying. will use more sophisticated camera next visit...(promise myself) Visited ...

Rained all night, so packed the tent up wet. The across to St Sever Cemetery which is quite large and WOODLAND not in any of the book lists so found him by looking at date of death and also a special section for officers ???
