... we decide that this looks like a good place to stop and have dinner. We are welcomed by a lovely waiter who speaks perfect English. So far we have had not language problems at all. We sit and have lovely meal and wait for the rain to pass. We head back out into the streets and stop at a tourist gift store to pick up a few Paris icon gifts. So, I am feeling quite proud of myself today. Not only did I get myself to Angers - okay, I already had the train ticket - but I spent a day speaking as much french as I was able and apparently was understood. Gives me great confidence for next year.
