      ... we decide that this looks like a good place to stop and have dinner. We are welcomed by a lovely waiter who speaks perfect English. So far we have had not language problems at all. We sit and have lovely meal and wait for the rain to pass. We head back out into the streets and stop at a tourist gift store to pick up a few Paris icon gifts. Loaded up with our trinkets we head back to our hotel. Quite night in.....goodnight No photos ...

      ... to the width of the streets, consequently very few buildings in the CBD exceed 5 or 6 storeys.

      We rented a very cute little apartment in Montmartre via AirBnB.       ... s gym and had a look around that. I have quite a lot of information of the hours, classes and costs also.

      So, I am feeling quite proud of myself today. Not only did I get myself to Angers - okay, I already had the train ticket - but I spent a day speaking as much french as I was able and apparently was understood. Gives me great confidence for next year.

      Tomorrow - well that is sightseeing in Paris. Stay tuned.
