      ... is fine, there was another hostel confirmation that I got saying that we had to pay for the room in cash, but this one did not. He asked some weird questions and I’m pretty sure it was a guy saying he had a hostel, but really just rented out rooms to people for a couple of nights or a week, however long they dared to stay.       ... then bugger off to a free parking place. They would probably have to pay for the facilities where they park up. Often you pay for one or the other, but if you work it like he French, you can mostly get it free. It's funny to see them moving off the aire late afternoon before the man comes to collect the money.

      ... building into an amusement ride, pushing people in it up and down the cobble stoned street causing quite a ruckus! It was all part of the fun though, and most nights if we weren’t partying with them, we’d fall into a wine and food coma!

      ... bit phobic), Grotte des Demoiselles is a really unusual geological site filled with huge stalactites and stalagmites. It is really well set up and very safe, especially as there are steep stairs that were slippery in parts due to the water dripping down from the cave ceiling. We walked for about an hour through the caves with a guide. One section of the cave was estimated to be about 20 storeys deep (you don't want to drop your camera in this area!). ...
