... Roman times they have the perfect facility for storing and aging champagne. There are 300km of tunnels under the city of Reims in total, Pommery has 18km, all at a cool 10deg for their 20,000,000 bottles of the bubbly stuff. Photography was difficult due to the low light and the ban on using a flash. No winery tour would be complete without a tasting. It was a very nice drop, but at A$14.50 per small glass it ...

... I'd love the coffee if it's free!" Then the waiter got a HUGE grin on his face and said, "C’est gratuit!" Even though we didn't understand the menu, we understood that gratuit means "free," and we all exhaled a loud "Ahhhhhhh" and asked for coffee. Let me tell you, that coffee was STRONG. Oh my gosh. The movie was so cute. It was called "La reine des neiges" in French and "Frozen" in English. It was so cute. I actually understood it for the most part. It was a movie for children, but I watched it without subtitles. I am pretty proud of myself. There was the cutest little girl in front of us. She was sitting on her mom's lap and then hid her eyes at a scary part and cried ...

A travel blog entry by sanger.kayl

Since I procrastinated last night, I got home late and had to do a little work before going to bed. So in other words, I didn't get to sleep until 1am. When my alarm went off, I was not a happy camper to say the least. I just wanted to sleep all day long. I went to class like a good little student though. There was some big debate about when we are going to take our exam because my professor wanted us to take it the last day ...
