... all the campsites in France. What they don't tell us is the size of the town / village and its proximity to the campsite. Our choice for Friday night turned out to be in the country,.. near no village at all,.. and the electrical storm that night was really memorable! I have a philosophy class today that's Arts et Sociétés or something like that. Hopefully it's interesting and not too difficult to understand. We will see. It doesn't ...

After being so used to quick trips from place to place in Italy, it was strange to suddenly be faced with much longer drives each time now. It was 4 hours to our next destination - Metz. It was relatively quick to get to the French border from our site in Switzerland and we sailed through border control (we did actually stop this time). The scenery changed dramatically too. It was back to the lush alpine forests, with much wider, nicely tarmacked ...

... also said the humidifier crystals would be there too.

We caught a bus back into town and up to the railway station built by the Germans which was very impressive inside and out. There was also one of the buildings in an unusual rose coloured stone now used as the post office again impressive inside and out.

We went from there to a relatively modern “must see” church as a total contrast to all of ...
