... How is that any different from what I attempt to achieve in my own creative work?

I'm attaching a few more of the images of menhirs and dolmens we've explored on recent day trips. These typically date from about 5000 years ago and as for the menhirs, much mystery remains. We are having a lot of fun finding them in the country and continue to ponder the lives of people who lived here thousands of years ago.

... and people watching We had tried to buy some tiny t-shirts with 'I love (heart) Albi on them, but the city is obviously too posh to sell tourist tat like that!
Back at the campsite it was still very hot and of course the inevitable happened - the sky darkened and we ended the day with a downpour!

... through 4 or 5 tunnels, two of which were quite long (357 m) and 965 metres).we turned on all our lights and went through as a group, but any cyclist who says they are comfortable going through a km long tunnel may be stretching the truth. The worst was the idiot who came roaring in with no lights on. Anyway we survived and ended up arriving at about 6 pm after about 120 ...

... I saw Barry, Linda and Dave on their way to the supermarket so I went again for entertainment. When we got back to the hotel, the others still hadn't arrived...hmmm. Finally at about quarter to 6pm, they rolled in. What happened? Missed a turn and spent a good while on an unnecessary climb. D'oh! And a second lunch stop, too.

... called Puicheric we got on our bikes again and rode in to find bread for lunch. On our way I saw a little road kill item and yelled at the kids "watch out for the squashed rat!"
