We have got a bit slack at being up, showered and breakfasted before the first run of the day. We are generally eating breakfast watching agility in the main ring from the cafe through the windows.

Today was quite good as there was only one event that was not in the main ring, and that was for the people who hadn't qualified for the second round of the biathlon so we stayed in one spot watching for the day. The final round of the Pentathlon was ...

Back outside we wandered back to St. Germain, had a final coffee and pastry, before returning to the apartment to pack up and head to Gare du Nord. Our train left on time for our three hour journey to Amsterdam. ...

... Mum and dad then took the tram back to the B&B to put their feet up before tea, Amy and I wandered back home on foot. We found one my favourite little places I enjoyed last time I was here and also enjoyed a Guinness, Amy had a jacks. Tea was at the De Roode Leeuw on Damrak, I ate there last time I was in Amsterdam. Well the service, food and atmosphere was brilliant again and we had a great meal and time. The waiters were quite taken by ...

    ... crew.

I’ve adjusted my watch reflect time in Rome (9 hours ahead of Vancouver) but it seems like we’ve been on this air boat for hours now and it’s only been 4 hours – which leaves six hours to go to get us into Amsterdam. I can’t understand how celebrities and executives do this on a regular basis – it’s really quite boring, other than ...
