    We emerged from the hotel soon after 08:00 this morning - the tandems (and solo bike) were duly extracted from the little lock-up within the hotel garage and we were away.     ... a third Gothic Cathedral for the day. We just had a very nice meal out al fresco opposite the cathedral. Could have been very touristy, but not here in this quiet, smaller hilltop town.
