When we left Tourny we went into Paris (always SUCH fun driving into Paris - we only got a little - not even lost, just turned around a bit - to pick up an order at Acastillage Diffusion, which is a large marine supply store with a branch on the Seine in the Paris suburbs. Having successfully picked up our order, which included a 5 step ladder and a new horn, plus some paint and a few odds and ends, we negotiated the Paris peripherique (think the old fashioned back-east ...
Another couple of gloriously sunny days in France were to be had at Reims. There is of course, the obligatory Cathedral, which in this case just happens to be one of the largest and more important ones in France as most French Kings were anointed here. Boring boring boring). Terrine, foi gras, salmon in red wine sauce, pork in green peppercorn sauce, chips, amazing creme brule and apricot tart. Yum... Positively waddled out of there and all for 21Euros each.
Day two was our booking at Moet where we had the official ...
