Ben thought the view was excellent and Jon thought he could see our house! Next we walked down to the town to have dinner and ate a delicious burger. Ben and Jon then went to the chocolatier and got puppy shaped chocolates on sticks to eat. They liked them so much they wanted to get another ...

    Epernay, France
After a disappointing day yesterday, we decided to target Epernay, a place we've been before on a previous trip, but one which we enjoyed.

At 8am, Siti and Tom picked us up at home.
All packed for a weekend in France: Epernay, the champagne capital.

At the start of the trip, we should've followed the GPS of the Passat, but we tried the iPhone route. 2h more on the road was the result :)

A quick stop in Luxemburg for some siggies and back on the road. After 5h drive and 2 bloodnoses we found the hotel. Right out of town, but not too far, and massive rooms.

The building seemed to be the old cazern ...
