Goodbye to our Blackforest accommodation, the Silberdistel. We drove from Hinterzarten to Hirschsprung to Freiburg. We parked in the suburbs of Freiburg and took the tram into the Alt Stadt. We used our tourist card from the Hotel for free transport. We got off at the Oberlinden Fountain. We walked around the old town and the beautiful buildings and ...

After the meal, a short walk by the River and back to the rooms.
Early rise tomorrow for the cross-country trip to Calais area for our last night.
Another most enjoyable day and we have met some more lovely people.
