We arrived in Annecy on Sunday, after leaving Semur a few hours earlier. An accident on the A6 saw us stranded on the autoroute for well over an hour, along with many hundreds more fellow travellers. Annecy is quite a large city, situated on the shore of a beautiful lake, Lac du Annecy.
