... with food, tried a crepe with a locally famous sausage that contained a mix of pork and seaweed. Rose also tried some, but Christine steadfastly refused the chance to sample this delicacy! All was going well, but then the family's friendly dog came to visit us at the table, upsetting both Rose and Emily who joined together in a chorus of crying. Luckily, the dog then made a quick retreat, ...

... I'd plugged the trailer board lead in upside down! Quickly on board, and found a nice table by a window. A lovely smooth crossing in warm sunshine, with some ship spotting thanks to Phil at home. At about 2.45, when we were giving up, the owners returned from their lunch, and we bought bread and a few other bits for supper. We started on the way back, but I insisted on a detour to Pointe de Guilligui to see a dolmen, and a good view. Just as we pushed the bikes over ...

... but we chose a creperie, Ty Gwechall. Although it was warm we were encouraged inside. I had a galette with cheese and bacon, Deb was more adventurous and had a Provencale, and we shared a salad of petoncles (queen scallops) and smoked salmon which was a meal in itself. Nice bottle of Loic cider to accompany it. A lovely place with a massive stone stairway up to the bathroom. I suggested we walked round the Presqu'ile de St Laurent, another ...
