    ... and did some window shopping. Beth really liked an Eiffel Tower decorated like Disney but we suggested she wait until we were in Paris to see if she found one there she liked and for less money. We headed to Disney Studios first and went straight to the Aerosmith Rockin Roller Coaster ride. Only a short wait later, we were on. The idea is they're redesigning the coaster in Orlando to make it better but the pre-ride piece is lame ...

    ... taxi picked us up so we went to 'Les Halles' the produce market - cheese, fruit, patisserie, meat etc We did a little more wondering around the town and some shopping then headed back to the hotel to wait for the taxi. The TGV was super crowded. We had booked seats but there was no room for luggage. We had to lift them into the over head racks and then battle them out again 3 hours later at Marne-la-vallee. We caught the Disney shuttle to the New York Hotel, checked in ...

    ... are being walked to school by their parents, they hold the parent's hand. If there are several children, then invariably it is the youngest child who does the hand-holding.

    Nothing's perfect of course, so there are a few things which aren't so good.

    • The wide-spread smoking, particularly among the women of all ages. While Parisians mightn't eat while they walk, they certainly do smoke on the streets.

    ... so it's difficult to get used to people practical burning you with their constant cigarettes here. Just waving it in your face. At least you can sit inside if you want to avoid them altogether. Anyway, no smokers. I order a cappuccino, fruit salad and apparently, orange juice. I feel like I asked for water?
