Today we got up fairly early, because we were headed to Mercado 28, a kind of flea market located in the 28th street. That I also found interesting. In Cancun and in Playa del Carmen the streets don't have names in the city center, instead they have numbers. At first I thought that was a rather difficult system, but after a few days I got the hang of it. Not too hard after all.

We took off soon and after a quick tour to visit a few nice beaches we went off to a little reef just off the island. It was incredible how many fish we got to see. You were literally submerged in fish, and not in water. You could not move without touching them, and even if you didn't move, they would just bump into you. Big fish, small fish, colorful fish, ...
