... Puerta del Sol as well as the San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor. The Puerta del Sol contains "Kilometre Cero," which is the center of Spain. It is also the place where Spaniards gather for New Years Eve and have the tradition of eating 12 grapes for good luck for the coming year. I also enjoyed going to San Miguel Market even though everything was very expensive.
After the first two days of classes and excursions, I am so excited to go back and explore Spain ...

I got a tour around the city of Madrid from our Spanish teacher. Her name is Mireia, but we call her Mi. I went around the corner and you're not going to believe what I saw.
