... and do some sightseeing. Fair enough, as soon as I got to the counter I was told it was looking pretty grim for me and then all of a sudden a seat popped up on a flight that afternoon. All I had to do was sit around the airport for a large part of the day and hope the snow that was now falling at my destination didn't put another spanner in the works. ... not make many friends in that flight, that's for sure. Miles ended up being awake for almost 24 hours straight, but he slept pretty much the whole flight from Tokyo to Bangkok (6 hours)
