Today we started driving south from our campground and went through Custer State Park. This is another beautiful park that sets aside a huge amount of land - mostly rolling plains and grasslands - for wild animals. They have a road that goes through the Park and then out the southern exit. This Park has a lot of Bison (We found out that Buffalo are in Africa, and the US has Bison, but since the first explorers over ...

The turkeys are remarkably pretty considering their bald red heads and long bare legs. It’s especially fun to see them fly over the fence since they are so big it seems impossible for them to make it off the ground.
